GameStop Online: Selling PS3's

Game StopHere's a quick heads-up for guys wanting a PS3 bundle by January: We were scoping out GameStop.com, and found that they've got PS3 bundles up and ready for pre-ordering. Here's the complete details on the bundle, taken from the site:
For the guys who are interested, the bad news is that the bundle currently sells for USD $1,104.28, and an additional USD $ 12.99 for shipping and handling. Guys who do order will have to wait until January 5 next year before they get their consoles, though the ad says that GameStop can't say if thats the guaranteed day of arrival. We'll let you know if there's any change in their arrangements.

Not a bad deal, if you gave me some better games. I only see maybe, 2 worth keeping in the bundle. The year warrenty is nice. I'd get it if I were stateside and had enough $ $ $ to buy 2 PS3's.

That's gamestops which is usually a lot easier to deal with since you just swap it out with one at the store instead of having to ship off your console to Sony and wait for it to return and such.

Bundles are retarded. Who wants six crappy launch games? They did the same thing with the XBOX 360. If they want to make extra money why don't they just give you a coupon for 6 games (any system) of your choice? If I actually wanted a PS3 I would just wait.

It really comes down to high demand for the console. They know if they release some highly priced bundle people are still going to buy it and they are going to make more money and move games they probably won't move as easily (the crappy launch titles).



If you were a company and wantted to make money it'd be an obvious choice.

I got that bundle already i got the shippment ahead of it , just came in today. Def worth the money for it and u could up the shipment and get it sooner but for more money. all 6 games are amazing hd or not hd still looks good.
