It's finally here! The World Exclusive trailer for LucasArts and Day 1 Studios' Fracture (PS3, Xbox 360) has arrived and it looks like a ton of action will be at hand. Check it out and see what you think:

If for some reason you haven't heard of this cross-platform prospect, it tackles the hottest world issue of today: global warming. In the not so distant, but oh so grim future, humanity is being punished for its negligence of the planet and people have been forced to adapt. Some have turned to gene splicing for survival, while others to cybernetics.

You'll be playing on the side of the Atlantic Alliance faction who represent the "free" people. Blazing guns, vehicles, and big baddies abound, so hold your breath and wait for what LucasArts promises to be a gaming revolution.

This trailer came out 3 days ago on gametrailers..

and the game looks ok, the terrain deformation looks a little wierd i think, makes the ground look rubberish, also in some scenes when characters were running on the ground, it sorta moved and stuff, looked wierd.

the game might turn out gimmicky cause it looks like they have based the whole game around terrain defomation rather then making an awsome game and putting terrain derformation in there as a part of combat, if you fire a rocket into the ground it better create a crater, if only the deforming weapons can alter the terrain then thats a bit stupid..

» Nice storyline

((tongue in cheek))

What's wrong with genetic modification? Gmae looks like it better have a good demo AND I hope you can choose sides in the single player story line.

I have to agree with madman on the point that I hope this game is not all about ground deformation. Missle craters would rock.

- October 08 - still planty of time.
