Flower: release and price details, new gameplay video |
Ó
The premise of the game is about sentient flowers that have dreams. In the dream, you take control of the flower in the form of the wind. Told you it was trippy. I have to say, it's a very refreshing concept during a time when the market is full of games that's all about swords, long hair, and guns blazing without running out of ammo.
As the wind, you have to seek out flowers, and touch them to make them bloom. It is your mission to carry color into every part of the world, which is the opposite of what the dreaming flower sees in the city. Very artsy, bordering on fartsy. Although the game looks too beautiful to be called fartsy. Here's a new gameplay vid:
Flower will be released February 12 on the PlayStation Network for US$ 9.99.

I love your description of the market these days. I sent the piece to my friend and he laughed to. Kinda awesome though this game comes out 2 days before my birthday (valentines!) and im usually broke when good games come out, but not THIS time!
Thanks :D Yeah this game looks like it's gonna be worth the money. And hey, you're bday's on Valentines so it's worth it twice over ;)
