Five new Fracture screenshots - Image 1

We were able to get the five latest screenshots of LucasArts and Day 1 Studio's Fracture (PS3, 360). This is the first time that we're actually going to show you guys the in-game pictures. Without a doubt, these screenshots show us the future war-torn world of Fracture.

The game is set on the year 2161 when ecological and seismological disasters have drastically reshaped the planet's surface. War broke out because of differences in ideologies by the society. Mason Briggs, the lead character, is found in the middle of the frontlines as a demolitions expert fighting for the Atlantic Alliance.

Despite the fact the Fracture is still in the process of development, LucasArts has declared that the game will be changing the realm of gaming with this action title. And judging by the screenshots provided, it seems that what they said will hold true. The game definitely  has  a promise as each of the shots are simply amazing.

Although there has been no official word as to when it will be released, we'll be keeping you posted for more developments on the game. Meanwhile, check out the treats that we have just for you.

Amazing screenshots?

They look terrible. Did they remove all detail from the scenery so they could concentrate on texture repetition? In screenshot 4: is that a dodecahedron he is standing on?
