Wow, Europe's certainly getting a lot of love from Sony these days. Maybe this is Sony's way of making up for all the times when European gamers got screwed over.

Anyway, SCEE has confirmed a pair of 250GB PS3 Slim bundles for Europe. One includes a copy of Need For Speed: Shift, while the other one comes with FIFA 10. Both bundles of course come with a 250GB PS3 Slim. No price has been announced yet, though.

Note that the bundles above are for Europe. For some reason (extra love from SCEUK?), the UK will have a different set of bundles available. Starting October 1, UK gamers can get a 250GB PS3 with either inFamous or two unnamed Platinum titles bundled with it.

Another bundle will be rolled in the UK on October 16, this time packing a copy of Uncharted 2: Among Thieves. Finally, on October 19, a third bundle with X-Men Origins: Wolverine and The Dark Knight Blu-ray movies and a Blu-ray remote will become available at retail.

The UK-specific bundles have already been given a price tag -- GB£284.99 (about US$ 450). Hopefully we hear more about the Euro bundles soon so we can get the news out.

The UK bundles sound good. I misunderstood the topic coming in here. Where it says 'a total of five 250GB PS3 Slim bundles' for some reason I thought it meant just five PS3 consoles in total and I thought that's a bit stingey. Yeah I must be tired or just plain stupid today.

» Greatest Hits

You accidently put Platinum Hits which are 360 versions of Greatest Hits.

» Platinum Range

The Platinum Range is used in Europe and has been ever since the original PlayStation days, the 360 in America has essentially copied this from Playstation Europe, haha.
