Get your pens and calendars out, the first Call of Duty: World at War map pack has been given a release date: March 19 for both the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions. Map Pack 1 will include the following new maps:
  • Knee Deep - "Knee Deep" takes place on the island of Peleliu in a once tranquil village turned chaotic Japanese command center.
  • Nightfire - In "Nightfire," players take to the streets of a war-ravaged Berlin with only the flames of the burning city to expose the enemy.
  • Station - "Station" offers a bombed out underground train station littered with hidden passageways and destroyed subway cars.
The Nazi Zombies also make a comeback via Verrückt, a Zombie asylum located in the outskirts of Berlin. This map will split players into pairs, with each team trying to survive the onslaught as they look for each other. Along the way, they'll find more weapons, electroshock defenses, and Perks-a-Cola machines. Oh, and lots and lots of Zombies.

I honestly don't care much for COD MP (I'm sure I'm in a minority here) and for me the single player on Veteran is where it's at. This game is great in that respect, lot of fun to play. The MP is good too, pretty much COD4 with WW2 guns. I just don't enjoy it much

Look on eBay, I'm sure you can get a copy for $30-40, maybe less
