Yay for another huge batch of screenshots for Final Fantasy XIII (PS3, Xbox 360)! This one's a mixed bag: stills taken from cutscenes and battle gameplay. You can actually open up our article on the ATB system and read that alongside the screens - doing so will help you understand what's going on. (Sort of)

I'm also loving the Battle Results menu though. Yes, guys. Square Enix will be taking us back to the previous FF games' battle mechanics, complete with a battle result menu - unlike what happened for FF12...

Here in FF13's battle results, I can see time elapsed, some TP accumulated (I hear it's something like the AP or SP from previous games, to be used for stat upgrading), other numbers, and a rank. The rank shows you how good you performed in battle, and will determine the amount of TP you get.

It's so sleek, so clean, so simple, and it's definitely giving me FF victory music vibes indeed. Te-te-te-ten-ten-tenten-tennen! You is teh winrar, and all that jazz. Now twirl you sword. Yeah, that's it!

The Victory music from FFVII is my phone ring tone. Funny too because I thought of that way before Advent Children came out too and I was in disbelief when I noticed that in the movie.
