Final Fantasy XIII finally running on actual PS3 hardware |

So TGS has finally revealed that Final Fantasy XIII is indeed a PlayStation 3 exclusive, but other than that Square Enix is really hush hush about the whole thing. Well one new piece of information is better than none right? In Electronic Gaming Monthly's November issue it's been revealed that the game is now finally "running on actual PS3 hardware."
Other than that bone of a tidbit we aren't offered anything else; not even details on what it would mean for the game, not even to say if it's on schedule or not. Not that it would matter since we don't even have a release date to look forward to yet. Sadly we'll have to wait until next month for EGM to release their preview of the game.

Damn you guys, you stole my picture, I uploaded that into the SIXAXIS Report for 411mania.com last night, and sure enough, here's the exact same picture ripped off on QJ. And I know its mine because I customized the size of the picture to fit in my article without blowing up the page, the original picture I found was much bigger, and sure enough you guys magically matched my custom picture size exactly ;) A little credit would be nice...
Thanks for your comment. The image was taken from wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:ATB_System.jpg) but we've replaced the image with something else. If it was your image and you wish to control its use, we apologize for using your image. But it looked better than most other images we could find.
sqeenix have 87% of their market inside japan, so really, they only care about who is selling the most in japan (for JRPGs). For action game, like project sypheed (I think), it's better to have x360 since japs play little flight action games while americans play them a lot more (even if I'm sceptical about the potential sales of the game since it's a japanese flight game with a story... and americans do not really like jap stories, they like more real style warfare story à la tom clancy and stuff..). Anyway, i suppose that, like eternal sonata, some jap companies will understand the hard way that JRPGs do not sell better in the US than x360 in japan. For all other style, both consoles is the best, like for the dynasty games (wich appeal a massive market in the US AND in japan).

so square enix makes no final fantasy for a failed console in their land. xd
We could only hope its not like 12. It was great for people who like mmorpgs. But for us FF fans we prefer it differently.

FINAL FANTASY MEANS YOU GET THE MOST FUN TIME OF YOUR LIFE. THEY ALWAYS PUSH A CONSOLE TO ITS LIMITS OR NEAR LIMITS IN GRAPHICS, GAMEPLAY, AND SOME OF THE BEST STORY LINES EVER.
Video games don't work like that. They never have and never will.
Looks pretty. If the fighting is as crazy cinematic as KH2 (albeit without needing to press triangle 800 times a battle) I'll buy it for sure.
