wtf I've seen this in the shops since the day the ps3 came out.
well it just came out for the PS3 its been out for the the PC for a while now though if thats what you're talking about.
anybody got their hads on this game yet?
04/24/07
I don't think this game is going to be worth it...
yeah, ive already got it on the 360. why?
It kicked ass then - but I have owned it and don't plan on buying it again.
Yeah maybe 2 years ago when it came out on the PC.
Played it then, its good. Get it if you havent played it, just dont expect "stunning visuals" compared to other titles.
Im glad console owners can experience it though
Its been out for ages on the 360 (now budget £24.99) and this is just the same game ported but the price is still £39.99 on PS3.......
Consoles can experience it ?, this game is a budget game on the 360 its been out so long..........
En denn???
It's been out in the UK for nearly a week now, and seeing as I don't have an XBox360 (and never will.... ;) ) or a PC capable enough to run it, I thought I'd give it a bash...
Impressions are that it's not a Bad game, just not a Great Game. Graphics and levels not quite up to the ResOfMan standard, but serviceable none the less. Sound is pretty scary on a surround sound system - I scared myself silly the other night, but then I'm not a horror fan so that was easy!
I'm enjoying it (but not too late at night...), and if FTP Horror is your thing then you probably will too. It's just not ground breaking in any way...
Hope that helps...
meant FPS not FTP.. doooh!
It's ridiculous to port a 2005 game in 2007 and say "stunning visuals." It was fantastic IN 2005! Now however, it's 2007 and that is no longer the case. I have rfom and that looks far better than this game. I LOVE horror FPS's which resistance is to a minor extent, but I would get this game only if it fell from $60 to $30. It's just not realistic to try to sell the game for full price, when it's been out since for 2 years (not sure actually when it was released in 2005, but you get the picture). If it drops in price tho, u can bet I'll get it. Of course the longer it's out the more it would have to drop in price.
Same here man, my pc was hurt when I try to play this game when it first came out (a big resource hog)
Anyway happy to see the game on ps3
