Fallout 3: Atari re-releasing Fallout 3 in Australia, Quest Pack 1 coming too, but sorry (again) PS3

Atari scores the re-release rights for Bethesda's Fallout 3 in Australia. ccording to their fact sheet sent out, the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC versions will be available from your local retailers on the 21st of May. Qest Pack 1 is also coming as well, but with a catch -- not for the PS3.

That's right, it seems like the PS3's left out yet again as both the PC and Xbox 360 versions are getting the boxed form of the game's DLC collection. We'll let you know as soon as we pick up more info on this.

Since third party developers are receiving payments from M$ for exclusive DLC, then they can all stick it. I'll NEVER buy a third party game when DLC is exclusive to the Xbox 360.

I am making sure never to buy another bethesda product again! They could have made loads of money on the dlc for ps3 because i know i would have definately bought it. Although i guess M$ payed them to make it exclusive like they did with gta4. My copy of both fallout 3 and gta 4 have been gathering dust in the corner for several months now.

I have tons of dlc on my ps3. Why would I buy a game knowing that I'm left out of all the extra content especially when I know why I am?

but because this game had exclusive dlc for the xbox, i actually bought my copy used and, get this - I waited a little bit. sony needs to start bribing some devs to do exclusives, or at least take advantage of the extra blu ray space and put uncompressed everything on the disc. i don't know how it works, but it seems like decompressing stuff would use cpu cycles, or ram. idk. but as bad as i wanted fallout, once i heard that the dlc was exclusive, i kindly cancelled my preorder, and put it toward the one game i knew would have exclusive dlc for ps3: Killzone 2.
