Even more scans: FF13's Snow Villiers, Agito's battle system, Versus' character chemisty |

Ó
Oh, even more scans! Today we see another feature on the Fabula Nova Crystallis trio: Final Fantasy XIII (PS3, Xbox 360), FF Versus XIII, and FF Agito XIII. This time around, they're from Famitsu (yesterday's scans were from V-Jump, remember?).
While Versus and Agito are still running through the same fodder of details we've already known in the past (what they hey - seeing more screens is still always better than none!), the new info that comes with these scans is actually just that one tiny bit about FF13.
Remember when Mr 33cm's real name got confirmed? Apparently, it's Snow - and now, turns out he also has a last name: Villiers. Which is weird because the main character, Lightning, doesn't even have a confirmed last name yet, and now we have Snow Villiers? Ah well, I'm still waiting word on Girl. Y'know, first name Pigtailed, last name Girl: i.e. Pigtailed Girl.
Meanwhile, a closer look at Agito's screens show a lot more of the battle system (Oh! I spot a girl with a flowing red mini-skirt!). Versus' screens show Noct and Stella having a tense conversation (previously seen in a trailer).

I don't know for agito, I'm not into mobile or portable gaming (I think it's for mobiles or psp right?).

It was previously announced for just mobile platforms buuuut. Square Enix decided to move it (and Parasite Eve 3 aka The Third Birthday) to the PSP because "they couldn't wait for mobile phones to advance in technology."
Oh. Agito is supposedly a card-based RPG. Dunno how that's going to work out but... hmm. Interesting to see Square Enix's take on an FF title with cards.
About FF8 having the best story... well... I've got soooo many things to say about that. Haha! ^_^ But to make the long story short: Quality-wise, I agree. It is the "best" story. Sort of. But *the way* the story was pieced together...? Didn't really work for me. I found it messy. (but then that's the rub if you're dealing with time-distortion stories, yes?)
