Episodes One and Two Included in Half-Life 2 for Xbox 360 and PS3

Half-Life 2Some major announcements were made recently by EA's Studio Showcase 2006 Valve. Half-Life 2 for the PlayStation3 and the Xbox 360 will come with Episodes One and Two.

This may mean that we'll getting our grubby paws on the gravity gun before the end of 2006.

Episode Two for the PC will also be launched at the same time Half-Life 2 for the 360 and the PS3 is released. Other delayed promised games for the PC like Team Fortress 2 and Portal will be included free of charge when you purchase Episode 2. So PC stalwarts needn't feel left out.

If only the Xbox 360 and PS3 fans could get this same treat... Oh well. Being able to play Half-Life 2 might just be enough!

not only am i buying it again(i have a low debt to income ratio and playing HL on xbl will probably blow the doors off the fraking hinges) but ill also gladly pay for damn near any thing else valve/M$/$ony/rockstar/whoever throws at me...that dosent suck

i understand that those who bought it for pc/xbox1 are not gonna buy it again for ps3/x360 but since i didnt get it b4, im defenetly gonna get it for ps3!!mouse+keybord support... hell yea!!!and i also hope they include multiplayer modes(unlike xbox game) and CS:S as bonus game.

That remains to be seen. Whilst the PS3 does support keyboard and mouse, it will only work if the developer offers the option for gamers. Hence we'll have to wait and see.

No doubt CS:S and DOD will be extra content downloads...albeit they would be big...as long as they charge no more then like 1000 pts it would *OK*, but i'd rather have 'em include it with the game....I bought it already, but the 360 will run HL2 better then my PC (which barely runs it at 30fps), so i'll prolly get it if the MP is there....

Just get the Steam version. Then you get every thing free and can make a play Mods! There is nothing better than making your own levels in an award winning engine with the tools the developer gives you! I love making maps of HL2 I hope to release one soon to the public soon...

Well I'm glad I can finally play HL2 at 60fps! but really, I wonder if (by PS3 standards) HL2 will look bad compared to the crazy second-generation PS3 games that will be coming out at the time it's released.
