NFS Prostreet - Image 1Electronic Arts is well aware of the glitches currently plaguing the Sony PlayStation 3 and PC versions of recent racing release Need For Speed ProStreet. According to an EA Forums moderator, a team is already on the job to come up with a solution.

"It frustrates us just as much that our great fans aren't able to have an enjoyable experience with Prostreet because of issues such as these," says an EA Forum mod.

The whines and moans stem from the fact that EA earlier released patch 1.1 to fix some minor bugs in NFS: Prostreet. Instead of fixing smaller problems, the update started causing systems to freeze up whenever cars turn, rendering the title useless.

"Hold tight though, as I've already heard some stuff from the team on what the issue(s) (for PS3 at least) might be. Hopefully I'll have something to report by tomorrow morning," adds the forum moderator.

We certainly hope there's something EA can do to save face in this situation. Some forum posters are branding NFS Prostreet as the "glitchiest" game of all time. If this keeps up, more people just might be inclined to agree.
