Dwight Howard - Image 1Chicago-based publisher Midway Games has made its choice on which NBA superstars will grace the cover of the latest installment of its NBA Ballers franchise. Orlando Magic starting center Dwight Howard is this year's main man and he'll be joined by Atlanta Hawks rising star Al Horford in the packaging.

Howard and Horford were both seen as perfect choices for NBA Ballers: Chosen One (Sony PlayStation 3, Microsoft  Xbox 360) because of their respective styles on and off the court. The NBA Ballers franchise has always been about letting gamers experience the life of an NBA star, and the two cover athletes represent that gameplay motif well.

"Dwight Howard and Al Horford are the perfect choices for NBA Ballers: Chosen One, which allows players to live the life of an NBA Superstar,” said George Gomez, executive producer, at Midway. “Dwight has already arrived as one of the best players in the NBA and looks to be a perennial All-Star."

Next-gen gamers on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 350 will be immersed into the world of hot rides, big parties, private jets, and one-on-ones with past and current NBA luminaries when they pop NBA Ballers: Chosen One into their systems. A definite launch date hasn't been pencilled in, so keep it with us for updates.
