DualShock 3 lands in US, comes in black and satin silver |

GameRevolver is reporting that the controller is indeed for sale in two colors: your choice of black or satin silver. Now, we've also picked up that they actually do play quite nicely, and that it is definitely a must-have for you PS3 owners out there.
While the U.S. gamers are enjoying this new loot, those in Europe, on the other hand, might just have to wait just a little, teeny bit longer, if the rumors be true that it comes to their shores early next month. But until then, why don't you guys check out these pics and see for yourselves how you like the silver newcomer.

The silver is sexy, and will go well with the PS3 trim.

I could take better pictures with a $20 camera phone though. I'll probably get the silver, not because it looks any better, just because it's different.
Can anyone tell me if cod4 has rumble? From what I was on the list of games cod4 wasnt there AND it didn't even recieve an update to give it rumble yet. Just want to know because its the game I play the most right now.
Cause I got the silver one and I want another one, I was hoping to be able to buy one at the store. I hate waiting for the mailman.
woot got my ps3 dual shock yesterday :D also picked up the blu ray remote unfortunately I don't have my call of duty 3 brothers firend is borrowing it i'll let you know eclipze if it works unless sumone answers before me. but highly recommend it its greaaat
@DatNizzle: I ordered a silver dualshock 3 last week, sent out on Tuesday. I am still waiting on it hope it is here this week. @Eclipze_: CoD4 does not have rumble, although they could have squeezed it into the most recent update which they didn't. Warhawk and Resistance have rumble, and plenty others. @Others: I am still trying to think if the silver in US is real or not. Even the SCEA Associate Product Manager said clearly black only, so I am not sure.
I got my DS3 in white and I have had it for a good 5 months. Well then; I would still purchase a black DS3, but wont mind the silver.
Got 3 yesterday. Not much difference between DS3 and regular sixaxis except 4 just a little more weight. Happy with the purchase.
Also post#91 on page 2 reiterates no colors other than black. So as I explained why in post#113 on page 3, I put a satin silver one on order at play-asia. (Unfortunately play-asia is currently limiting satin silver to 1 per customer.) If GameRevolver is right... I'll be annoyed that I'm paying shipping charges from Hong Kong...
