DKS3713: FF Versus XIII exclusivity reaffirmed, FF7ACC PS3 bundle coming |

More updates are coming in from Japan where Square Enix's DKS3713 party is happening. It looks like the publisher isn't turning its back on the PlayStation 3 as some might have felt after the events of E3. This was proven by a couple of announcements.
The first one should put to rest the debate on whether or not Final Fantasy Versus XIII will follow Final Fantasy XIII on the Microsoft Xbox 360. A trailer has just been shown and at its tail end, the words "Playstation 3 only Worldwide" were flashed. We'll get you the video a bit later on.
In other PS3-related updates, it's been confirmed that an FFVII: Advent Children Complete bundle will be released in March of 2009. As reported earlier, the Blu-ray release of the digital movie will have a Final Fantasy XIII demo and trailers of other Square Enix games.

if this is the big anouncment im busting into that square party and shooting up that joint
no way man, they said it was going to be shocking so just hold onto your minds and prepare for them to be blown (or I'll supply the guns and even rig the place with explosives).
Now a crappy film is a "complete" crappy film.
Final Fantasy Agito 13 and Parasite Eve 3 coming to PSP over at the PSP section.
The party's just getting started, and it'll run until tomorrow so it's likely that there will be bigger stuff. Square Enix has been known to save the best for last.
If I'm wrong with that, I'm with you guys on the busting and shooting trip!
FFVll: Advent Children is the best movie I've seen yet........you must be one of those no brainer shoot them up kind of film guy with crappy story and as long as it has some sex scenes in it than you're happy.............name one movie that's at FFVll's level over all.....Spiderman / the Hulk / and Iron Man was no where near as good as FFVll: Advent children

WTF are you babbling about? AC sucks because the story makes no sense. Geostigma was crowbarred in as a catalyst for a bunch of Matrix battles, ignoring the fact that there was about 250 plot holes in the film. I'm a fan of the original FF7 game and Crisis Core, but AC was just nonsensical rubbish. DoC was nearly as bad. Some dirt and blood won't save a completely *****e movie.
not that im worried but just because it says ps3 exclusive doesn't assure me one bit they did that last year with ffxiii after some french guy said they were interested in other consoles
if square enix dissapoints me im bringing tech-9 and WMD's

FF7AC was not the worst final fantasy movie, nor the worse ff7 connection, these belong to the spirits within, and DoC. Anyway, the action of the movie was very nice, if you appreciate anime and graphical fighting. As far as the story goes, we all know it didn't stay true to it's roots, and was complete BS compared to FF7 (nothing will match the original story, even though Crisis Core did a great job) but the movie was not BAD, just not true to story.
and to houaruto, did you really say Advent Children was better than the hulk and iron man? wow....just.....wow, i think you must be a DC comics fan or something.

That movie was horrible...there was no need for a sequal...they should have just let Sephy stay dead...but houaruto isn't completely wrong that movie was better than Spiderman / the Hulk / and Iron Man because of the action scenes...storywise all those movies(includin g AC) above were jokes try watching Ironman again and see what I mean(no deep thinking involved)
As for rpgpro001 The Dark Knight b**** slapped Marvel and pissed on them while they try to find an actual plot to their movies(of course DC has no other good main character and I'm not much of a Batman fan more into Superman but they messed that movi up like they did Spiderman 3 except Spiderman 3 actually maid bank)
