Disgaea 3 getting Trophies patch next week |

NIS America has confirmed that they'll be releasing a Disgaea 3: Absence of Justice Trophy patch that adds more than 50 Trophies next week. The Trophies weren't outlined, but if it's just like the ones for the Japanese version then get ready to settle down to more grinding.
Speaking of grinding, how many hours have you pumped into Disgaea 3: Absence of Justice? If you're thinking of implementing the Trophy patch, you'll have to forget about all those long hours as your previous save data will be rendered unusable after you install the patch.
So, progress or Trophies? You can make your choice when the patch goes live on July 16.

This game has been sitting in my shelf waiting for trophy patch. Finally we get a release date. Now I hope Valkyria Chronicles get one too.
Save data rendered unusable after the patch?!
I haven't heard that since Fallout. And even then, it was beyond a nightmare.
I know they are aware of how many hours are put into this game. Maximum level 9,999! But no, You are ENCOURAGED to reset your level to 1, for bonus stats.
I don't think I would mind so much if there was the option, Do you want to update? (Yes) (No) (Never)
But most likely it will be one of those without the option or it will nag you every time you start the game.
