Deal alert: Target deals for 40GB PS3, Rock Band, and games

If you found yourself dateless or alone during last week's Valentine's celebrations, now might be a good time to unload that extra cash. Retailer Target is sending word of their promos for this week, which includes some extras for gamers looking for their next title or console.

Target is now offering their 40 GB PlayStation 3 bundles with a US$ 40 gift card. The unit will still go for the standard price of US$ 399. If you're looking for a new game, you may want to visit the store's similar promo for their 360 and PS3 titles which entitles you to a US$ 10 gift card on purchase. Lastly, Target will also be offering their Rock Band for a lowered price of just US$ Sale $149 (both PS3 and 360 version). The kit gets you the game disc, the drum set, guitar, and microphone.
