Deadly Premonition is not Xbox 360 exclusive?

When Ignition Entertainment first announced Deadly Premonition, a new survival horror game from Access Games, they had it flagged as an Xbox 360 exclusive. The ESRB begs to differ, however.

The US ratings board still lists the game as coming to both the Microsoft console and Sony's PS3. Ignition hasn't confirmed anything yet.

It's worth noting that Deadly Premonition is a reworked version of Rainy Woods, a multiplatform game Marvelous announced two years ago. Heck, this screenshot recently released by Ignition still has the X and O buttons:
