Fans have high expectations for Eat Sleep Play, and it doesn't seem like God of War creator and co-founder David Jaffe plans on letting anyone down. However, we'll have to wait until the developer is ready to talk about its next game (which was revealed by secret codes in Twisted Metal: Head On: Extra Twisted Edition as Twisted Metal on the Sony PlayStation 3). In the latest video blog post on the outspoken game designer's website, Jaffe stated that he'll be turning down interviews until the company's next game is officially unveiled.

To explain, Jaffe quoted Epic Games' Cliffy Bleszinski (aka CliffyB), "Interviews are like women, you don't have to say yes to all of them." It may be slightly cryptic, but if we are to guess, Jaffe probably doesn't want to reveal more about what is already known to be Twisted Metal on the Sony PS3 before Eat Sleep Play is ready to send the word out.

It's also interesting to note a comment that followed Jaffe's post by someone with the
HellbentTMA moniker who claims to be Cliff. We're not certain if it's CliffyB, but the post caught our attention. Supposedly, Jaffe was working on a first-person shooter for the Sony PSP which didn't push through.

» more likely

He's tired of interviewers twisting his words and just plain out making up stuff he didn't say. It's happened numerous times and I bet it'd be easier if he just concentrated on the game and not deal with that sh1t.

Bite us, Jaffe?
