Star Wars: Force Unleashed - Image 1There's good news to every action fan waiting for Star Wars: The Force Unleashed on the Sony PS3 and Microsoft Xbox 360. It's been revealed that Darth Vader will be a playable character replete with all his awesome powers and of course, his trusty light saber.

What makes this revelation even cooler is the fact that you'll be using Darth Vader to raise hell over at the planet Kashyyyk. For the benefit of the uninitiated, Kashyyyk is a Wookiee world inhabited by Chewbacca's homies.

This essentially gives a lot of us the chance to live our childhood dreams of laying waste on the furry do-gooders. We must say that this is an excellent way to use the Force.

Along with the report from Vanity Fair containing this information, we saw a video of one of Star Wars: The Force Unleashed's levels. You can view that clip by following the Via link below. Tell us what you think by posting your comments.
