Are you ready to explore the gates of hell? Well, soon you will as EA and Visceral Games has finally confirmed the release date of the Dante's Inferno (PS3, PSP, and Xbox 360) demo.

The free downloadable demo of the action-packed adaptation of part one of Dante Alighieri’s epic poem, The Divine Comedy will be available on the PlayStation Network on December 10 and on Xbox Live on December 24. The ‘Gates of Hell’ demo will include the entire first level of the game and will give gamers a taste of the terrifying odyssey to come in the Nine Circles of Hell as depicted in the full game.

Unfortunately, no word yet on the PSP demo of the game. Dante's Inferno is due for the Xbox 360, PS3, and PSP on February 9 in North America and on February 12 in Europe.

EA is trying to get back on sony's good side after that "incident" with the cross game chat i think....they also gave us the BC2 beta (which is AWESOME)



and heck if EA keeps showing us love we might get to see some mass effect on ps3 someday
