The first Condemned, Criminal Origins, was one creepy game and it looks like Condemned 2: Bloodshot will give it a run for its money. As we prepare for the inevitable goosebumps when it's released next month, let's meet some of the game's characters.
First of all is the main character, Ethan Thomas. His parents were killed while he was away at summer camp although he was never told the full story of what happened. Eventually he became part of the Serial Crimes Unit (SCU) under Ike Farrell.
After strange and bizarre events, Ethan drifted into alcoholism and insanity. He became the suspect of a double homicide and started experiencing hallucinations. He eventually isolated himself from the world.
Three of the other characters you'll probably already know if you played Criminal Origins. In order of the pictures above, from left to right, are Ike Farrell, Agent Dorland, and Special Agents Rosa Angel and a new character, LeRue.
Ike Farrell and Agent Dorland are both members of a secret organization. Farrell was once Ethan's boss at the SCU but Thomas didn't trust him. Farrell also knows the history of Ethan's parents.
Special Agents Rosa and LeRue are both friends of Thomas. Both will play a part in Thomas' fate. LeRue, a new character in Condemned 2: Bloodshot (PlayStation 3, Xbox 360), will eventually gain Thomas' trust and become his ally.
