A lot of things have been said about the video game Colin McRae DiRT by Codemasters, but it has never been called ugly. We have a lot of new screenshots for the game, and to be honest, it's still as pretty as when we first laid eyes on it.
The screenshots show the superb modeling of the cars. It's so detailed that the small splatters of mud and grime are visible. The lighting looks just about right and the dust effects are beautiful. Now, take your time looking at the shots because judging from the gameplay videos, you won't really have time to admire the graphics when you're playing the game. Be sure to check out the picture of the car crash sequence, it looks great.
The Xbox 360 and PC versions of Colin McRae DiRT are slated to be released this summer. So far, it looks like the game has it going on in spades. We can't say for certain until it's been released and we've tried out the different cars.

1st and for a gd game
The game will rock like all of the codemasters racing games i just love collin
This looks like it will be the first racing game worthy of my money (because that means I need to buy the wheel as well).
I really hope more devs follow suit with Halo 3 and make replays saveable, and shareable over xbox live....hint hint hint Codemasters....

are you into the rally semi-arcade racers? because if you aren't probably you will get a lot more fun with MotorStorm than with this. DIRT's graphics are pretty good but IMO gameplay is not that great, maybe this type of game are not for me.
