Chinese game magazine claims PS3 Slim announcement set for GamesCom

The wait for GamesCom has dredged up more and more rumors of what's going to be announced at the Cologne event next week. One of the hottest topics of course is the elusive PS3 Slim, with a lot of different sources claiming that it'll be announced at the event.

Hong Kong gaming magazine GameWave seems terribly sure about the announcement -- so much in fact that they've even put it on the cover of their next issue.

Note that the PS3 Slim pic on the mag's cover seems to be a fan-created mock-up. You can see more of it here. Sony's booked three solid hours for their GamesCom conference, so hopefully they spend even just five minutes saying something official about this thing.
