Thunder Hawk meaning business - Image 1Street Fighter 2 veterans will likely remember a Native American grappler with an unorthodox special move set by the name of T. Hawk. This time around, Capcom has focused the spotlight on the originally low-tier character in the Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo HD Remix (PS3, Xbox 360) section of the Capcom blog.

According to game design theorist David Sirlin, T. Hawk  is considered to be one of the weakest fighters the original Street Fighter 2 Turbo, but is also full of deadly potential. It's this potential the Capcom hopes to explore with various tweaks to T. Hawk in Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo HD Remix.

Sirlin pointed out that the most prominent changes that Capcom has made to T.Hawk involve a new, more forgiving command input for the Thunder Slam and better recovery on T. Hawk's aerial dive maneuver. With these and other tweaks in place, controlling the hulking American Indian will feel like a whole new experience for Street Fighter 2 fans.

Can you not read??

First off he is not Mexican and doesn't "clearly" look Mexican....If you actually go read the link you posted it say he was forced of his land by Bison and now LIVES in Mexico, and if you read the Super Street Fighter II Turbo strategy guide it says "After being forced off his reservation in American. T. Hawk has taken residence in a Mexican village. The market is bustling with activity as people buy and sell the day's goods and Hawk's friends pull for him." and goes on talking about him being an American Indian.

Oh and about...

Oh and about the part where it talks on his birthplace to the right of the page and actually says "Mexico" just remember that wikipedia is made by users for users and it was some on that thought just because his stage is Mexico that automatically thought he was Mexican :D
