Cage: Motion Controller considered for Heavy Rain |

Did you know that Quantic Dream did consider using motion control for Heavy Rain? Yeah, we didn't know either. And it took a Norwegian interview for this little trivia to spill out.
Dagbladet (no, that's not a cuss word), Norwegian publication, interviewed David Cage, and this is what came up:
"If you are talking about Motion Control, this is something we initially considered for Heavy Rain," revealed Cage. "The very first version of the game design was based on motion control, but it was not feasible at the time."
Now that the motion control technology is more firmly taking shape, would it be feasible the next time around? It just might be as Cage himself expressed his interest with it.
"I have a lot of interest in Sony's motion device and there is a good chance that we announce something about it in the coming weeks."
That soon, huh? We'll let you know what this announcement is as soon as we get a whiff of it. Hopefully, he won't have to go all the way to Norwegia for it.

- Well, hopefully this is a joke. Even though it would be a bad joke, it must be one. Why, you ask? Because actually saying "Norwegia" would be really, really ignorant.
Joystiq's jokes about the country were actually funny, clever and respecting. :)
