Calling all cars! Calling all cars! Criterion Games is still currently on the move, trying to get their latest Cops and Robbers mode available for Burnout Paradise on the PS3 and Xbox 360. We hear that it's going to happen pretty soon too, care of an email. And alongside that announcement, we also got whiff of a teaser trailer for the DLC.

Criterion says they'll be releasing a full trailer sometime closer to the actual release date of the new game mode, so all we get now is this teaser trailer with some police cars cruising down Paradise City.

Oh get over it. Considering how much Criterion has given us, i'd say I"m willing to pay for more. Do you actually expect them to work for free? Damn spoiled little socialists...

wait lemmie get this straight, you like payiong for stuff that WAS supposed to be free, like the jensen 88 which is 360 ms points and the other legendery cars are all 160, the mini bike which is 380 points compaired to 160 for the other cars, and the boost cars which were released by accident for nothing compaired to 400 when they were officaly released, dude you need to remember that its EA thats doing this cluster cluck and is tarnishing criterions name by undermining them and screwing us over, the island WAS supposed to have been free but pressure from EA screwed that up, if ya havent been paying attention EA is messing everything up, hell need for speed online is being launched in china, japan hell all over aisa long before we get a whiff of it, thats the same for shift, they are being touted as free to play, free to download........well why is it that the game shop where i work we got a price for it, £29.99 for pc each, next time man check up on things before ya say something.

Given the work gone into the Island from what I've seen of it I certainly have no problem paying for it. I don't mind paying for quality y'see.

From what I can tell, the island was supposed to be free, but it took too much time developing it and ended up charging. They pretty much gave us some pretty quality stuff for free. The Island, the other package(with the jansen car) and this are worth the money. I mean christ, any developer would cease all DLC for a game after it's been out a full year. Be glad they're continuing support for BP.
