Burnout Paradise: EA extends demo's online multiplayer - Image 1Here's some good news for the guys enjoying their online bouts on Burnout Paradise's (PS3, Xbox 360) demos for Xbox Live and the PlayStation Network.

Electronic Arts has announced that they will be extending the run time of the demo's multiplayer portion by another two weeks. Quoting an EA spokesman regarding the company's decision:

As you may know, Burnout Paradise is built to provide the ultimate in freedom and discovery online and offline. The demo did a terrific job of providing players a taste of that. Seeing how the social online multiplayer gameplay is such a huge part of Burnout Paradise, we've decided to keep the multiplayer demo functionality on for a bit longer.

EA currently plans to pull the plug on the demo's multiplayer portion by this February 15. Those who plan to continue burning rubber via PSN or XBL will want to buy the full game, which was  released last month for both Europe and North America.
