Brutal Legend demo on Xbox Live, PSN next month |
Ó

Now that all the legal drama with Activision has been cleared up, Brütal Legend (PS3, Xbox 360) is on course for its October Rocktober release. Before the game hits retail, gamers will be able to catch a taste of the gameplay early via a demo just announced by publisher Electronic Arts.
"Villagers have surrounded our offices with torches, demanding the game," said Tim Schafer, President of Double Fine Productions. "So we're releasing a demo and hope that this taste of metal will keep the mob at bay until Brütal Legend comes out this Rocktober."
The Brütal Legend demo will launch next month on PSN and Xbox Live, although no specific date was announced yet. The demo will feature "zipper-faced nuns and devilish druids" as Eddie wakes up in the world of metal with his axe, The Separator, and his guitar, Clementine.
The full game will launch on October 13 in North America and October 16 in Europe.
