It appears that they'd want to find out if a toolset for the console users would be feasible. If you're interested, then all you have to do is register with the BioWare community, enlist and answer a few quiz questions.
If you're accepted, you will then have access to the toolset, and thereby have a look-see of all the monsters, equipments and mission types that are rolling out witht the game this Autumn.
