2K Games has made BioShock's PS3 release date public. The "genetically-enhanced" version of the game will become available for the Sony console on October 21 in North America. International release is on October 24.Among the new stuff that the PS3 version of BioShock offers are Trophy support and a new difficulty mode called Survivor where enemies are tougher and Vita-Chambers heal less.
BioShock for PS3 will also feature exclusive new Challenge Rooms, the first of which will be previewed at the 2008 Games Convention in Leipzig and will be available for download shortly after BioShock launches.
