I hope the PS3 does get a price cut soon especially now with the release of the 360 Elite. All Sony have to do is release an 80gb PS3 drop the price by about £40-£50 in the UK and by about $60 to $70 in the US. This would bring the price to around £379.99 to £369.99 in the UK and to about $549.99 to $539.99 in the US. Sure its still higher than the elite but it would make a major difference as the difference in price is now only a few pounds and dollars (Elite is $479 and is expected to be price around £349.99 in the UK) And it would start a whole new console war

Why would I want this now the Elite is here, well its here but sold out already, nope I think I will wait for the next batches of Elites and Wiis and buy One of each, PS3 has no appeal to me whatsoever and I would be to worried that no games other than ports are going to be made for it due to its low sales..

Yeah im in the same boat, theres nothing on it that I really want to play at the moment. But that will change come the last half of this year. I hope to have one by Christmas.
