I'm sure his bionic commando will sell millions, yeah right. I couldn't even finish the demo, it was so boring. The only way he will ever get his game to the public is if he gives it away for free

nothing bad? nothing bad would be "I thought mgs4 was a great game." Period. Not "except..." that one word implies that there was something he didn't like. of course, there's nothing wrong with that, but if you read everything he said (follow the source link), it's more than constructive criticism. at that point, you need to start thinking about who's criticizing kojima, one of the greatest game designers of all time, and the answer is nobody. no one has ever heard of this guy, and it sounds like he's just trying to generate buzz for himself and his game.

The game was good and does not need to be changed but the story was just ok. The only thing that I didn't like about the story is that Snake didn't die which I prepared for b4 I finished the game so that i wouldnt cry only to find out that big boss is still alive...other than that the story is a work of art and talks about the future of technology



not to hate on you "teh not so" but the story is en genius and if a player cant understand the deepness and thought put in this story then he or she shouldnt be playing this game and play Halo(play Starcraft and u can understand what i mean when i said to play Halo)



Note: Halo is great but the story and characters are almost identical to Starcraft



oh yeah **** Ben Judd he is a *** and I will continue to think of him that way until he makes a game better than MGS4(he probably wish he made the game) which is very hard

MGS is a game franchise with acctually GOOD story and alot of focus on story, to be an action game.



This is something good, compared to the TONS AND TONS of games that are all action and no story. In this game, you acctually care about the characters. In other shooters you don't give a ***** if they die or not, and what happends next, since it's a "Military" shooter and you are a "badass" guy with bad oneliners(steri otypical example).

No one likes a great story nowadays. The entire MGS series has been fantastic and I'm looking forward to MGS5, which I guess will have us playing a younger Snake with a story exploring more of Big Boss.



At least there's 2 more CoD games coming to keep the masses happy for a few hours. WW2 again for CoD5 because that hasn't been done to death...

If your satisfied with your development you don't need to put down others. I guess he didn't play all of the other metal gears if he doesnt like the story in this one.

While I really loved MGS4 as a game and thought the story was good, there were some parts which I thought were done to excess - especially some of the cutscenes, that seemed to go on and on. The ones that struck me as unnecessarily long were the cutscenes at the end of Act 3 and the epilogue cut-scene. I got the impression that a cut-scene half the length would have been able to convey the same amount of information (and just as impressively).

I kind of agree with the guy. But what I don't get is why Kojima/MGS fanboys get all butthurt when people criticize the smallest thing regarding Kojima or MGS. One could say his stories are epic and whatnot, and many will agree and disagree. Just because someone doesn't want to sit through hours upon hours of exposition and random climaxes doesn't mean they don't have the mental capacity or are idiots. Opinions. You're entitled to them.
