With the final stretch of the wait at hand for Vivendi's FPS title, F.E.A.R., it definitely wouldn't hurt to have some more of them screenshots to tease you with.
And we have ten for you right here, in fact. Maybe with these screens you'll be a little more forgiving towards Vivendi for delaying F.E.A.R.'s release. See, they weren't slacking off. They were just making sure that you'll have a topnotch experience with the game. And PS3 gamers appear to be having some added goods in the form of some exclusive content for the console version's multiplayer mode. We'll keep you posted for more on that as the news comes along.
Anyhow, enough chitchat now. Expect F.E.A.R. to come your way to Europe on April 20, and April 24 for North America. This time it's for real.

its on 360, and it looks exactly like this. when i first saw this article i thought it was 2006 all over again.
This game has been out for a while in U.K so i dont know what Q.J is on about when they say its out on the 20th of April

yeah man, its for ps3. they get all of 360s old games remember? Except NO Dead Rising or Lost Planet lol.
It would be so funny to see some ps3 guy playing Fear for the first time like "wow these graphics are incredible" while we 360 guys are just like "uuuh, yeah, maybe like a year ago!" haha. But seriously, you guys have fun with Fear. Unfortunately for you guys they didnt port Condemned because its better and made by the same devs. Oh well, beggers cant be choosers!
The game looks like crap compared to when I played it on the PC. And please do not give Vivendi all the credit here, it is Monoliths game, Vivendi being the publisher.
The XBOX 360 version looks better, like with all cross platform games. Even Oblivion, while the PS3 can do some things graphically better with an extra year development, the PS3 has worse textures and close up graphics are noticably blurrier.
Just another half-assed PS3 port of games that are much better on the PC and 360 coming to market a year late. That happens pretty often with the PS3 games.
These pictures seem old, I was just reading that article at http://ps3nut.com/?p=19 and the pictures are small but they look cleaner... so I don't know if this is new or not.
everybody except rabid x360 fanboys like you says that Oblivion PS3 looks better than 360's. Bethesda did several graphical improvements that 360 fans expect to come some day to their beloved console. Better load times, no popin, consistent framerates. Those are good improvements taking into consideration Oblivion was coded with x360 arch in mind. I'm sure Oblivion PS3 is barely using CELL or RSX capabilities.
Now even if F.E.A.R doesnt look up to par with other PS3 titles or with FEAR x360, I'm still waiting to play it on PS3, graphically it doesnt look outstanding but FEAR gameplay is pretty cool, it is a excelent shooter with one of the best A.I available in any game released.
Ok so Elite hasn an HDDVD drive and now 360 is just getting fear ? WTF, get your head out of the crack pipe and start paying attention you fools....

Thats exactly what he said. The games look better on the X360 because the time wasnt put in to make it look better. and how does the quality of the gameplay come into this?

condemned is a piece of sh*t, when you're killing the stupid "last boss" (that ninja guy) you can turn the right stick to find that your character is a headless piece of sh*t. I mean, that game was made for suckers who don't look at what they're playing, it was porbably programmed in a week or so due to the fact that 90% of it is just the same ***** over and over again and glitchy as hell.
ps3 and xbox 360 are both good consoles, and even if ps3 isn't getting lost planet and condemned they've got final fantasy and metal gear on launch day.
xbox 360 has gears of war and halo 3, but both consoles will get unreal tournament. So I guess fanboys are nothing but poor bastards who can't get their hands on each and every console the market has by now.
