Because of the overwhelming positive response for the PlayStation credit card when it was introduced in the holidays, Sony has decided to extend the offer, and you can avail of the hundred-dollar credit that the card brings when you buy a PS3.

Once approved, you should receive a credit of US$ 100 on your next billing statement when you purchase a PS3 system. In addition to that, every time you use this card earns Sony Rewards Points which you can redeem for the latest Sony and PlayStation stuff.

There's a bonus offer too. It's a bit pricey, but if you spend US$ 3000 or more on Sony products, you qualify for US$ 200 credits more. So if you've been planning to get a Bravia, a Vaio, and the latest Sony Cybershot (and if you've got a truckload of cash), that ought to be a good deal.

Interested? Apply here. You have until the end or March to apply.

Just what we need, another credit card to help ruin whats left of the American economy. If you cant afford something now then YOU SHOULDNT BE BUYING IT. Too many people buy on credit then cant pay when the bill comes.

» Credit cards don't ruin economy...

...people do. As you said- if you cant afford something then you shouldnt be buying it. (Sadly, thats what stock exchange is all about: Investing money you don't have)

And if people are too stupid to use a credid card in a responsible way, then its their fault, not the credit card's.
