28 Weeks Later was good, yes? I enjoyed it. That reunion scene between husband and wife inside the lab was to die for. Really. So, if you like that kind of action, then you'd be thrilled to know that the director for that film, Juan Carlos Fresnadillo, is in talks to get the film rolling for BioShock the movie, Variety reports.

No, no, a little bit more to the left... aim it right to the socket...

That's right. Fresnadillo is reportedly on the negotiating table with Universal Pictures in light of Gore Verbinski's back out due to geographical issues (they were supposed to shoot overseas but logistics won't let them). Verbinski, however, remains as the producer for the game-movie adaptation penned by John Logan.

We'll keep you posted on this one as news breaks.

... ugh.... why is it that most video game - movie projects catch the eyes of huge directors and then it ends up getting passed to who ever has 5 mins to spare?

28 weeks later was a disapointment for me after the masterpiece that was 28 days later, why can't we just like kidnap and tourcher the directors we want to direct our video game adaptions and force them to make em good.
