From the search for El Dorado to the secret of Shambhala, Nathan Drake's next adventure takes him right into the middle of Rub'al Khali desert in search of the lost city, the Iram of the Pillars. Naughty Dog, on the other hand, revealed that the game will go deeper into the relationship between Nate and Sully. But what else could there be in the game? Some of the items involve old stuff from the previous games, plus new tidbits that may hint about Uncharted 3. It appears this next quest has something to do with one of Francis Drake's past expeditions, and from the mention of mummies, looks like Nate will have some evil curses to deal with yet again.
