A closer look at Japan's 'Steel' PS3 MGS4 Premium Pack |

Konami has released more information regarding the Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots Premium Pack that'll go on sale in Japan on June 12. This is the pack that includes that limited edition "Steel" PS3 - dubbed the "Hagane" model in Japan - that we talked about before.
Speaking of the limited edition PS3, the unit that comes with the premium pack is a 40GB model. It will also come with a DualShock 3 wireless controller instead of the usual SIXAXIS controller. The controller will also be sporting the same "Steel" finish as the PS3.
Here's a full list of the bundle's contents:
- MGS4 Special Edition software (Metal Gear Online starter pack/2-layer blu-ray disc)
- PlayStation 3 MGS4 original color model "Hagane" (40 GB model) x 1
- Wireless controller (DUALSHOCK®3)
- MGS4 original color model "Hagane" x 1
- Special video blu-ray disc x 1
- Power cable x 1, AV cable x 1, USB cable x 1

I want a steel 80(heck i'd settle for a 20 w/ bc and wifi)
I should have waited to get mine, lol. I paid the same for a 80gb with lair and motorstorm (and a remote). This one is only 40gb, but it had a new color, a dual shock 3 (wich I'll buy) and MGS4 (wich I'll buy). I would have saved a lot... :'(
The US just gets MGS4 packed in with the standard black PS3? I want the Steele :(
well it finally hit back, the japanese are getting everything for less this past past few years, now its time to be bumped.
the japanese gamers is getting a gimped model of the ps3 (40gb only, no card readers, no ps2 BC and 2 usb portonly) for a higher price.
while the usa (north america) gamers will be getting 80gb ps3 with card readers, ps2 bc and everything bundled for only 499 US dollars.
It is still bundled with regular AV cables? Can't Sony at least add a component one along side with the AV cables so both SD and HD gamers can enjoy the system?
