If you are looking forward to Grand Theft Auto IV, then you are not alone. With the success of GTA San Andreas, and Vice City for the PS2, followed by PSP outings such as Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories, the series seems to be headed in the right direction. Of course, for it to carry on the success which it has been enjoying since the launch of the original Grand Theft Auto title for the PSOne back in 1997, it takes a lot of constant improvements.
The team down at Rockstar currently has all the resources that they would ever need, and with high-powered Xbox 360 and PS3 versions planned, around 150 developers will be working on GTA IV alone, according to analyst Mike Hickey, a financial consultant for Take-Two software.
That's right, one hundred and fifty. Hickey said that Rockstar games and Take-two are "fully capable of ushering in an entertainment experience categorically superior to the prior cycleÂ’s GTA product." With 150 developers, this game is bound to have a lot of content in it! Remember how large the map was back in San Andreas? Now imagine that map, but make it twice as big and add twice as much detail. That's how GTA IV is apparently going to be.

Microsoft will now eat their own words when they said DVD9 was plenty enough.
This game will be on a minimum of 2 DVDs for the Xbox360.

With that many developers, we have one thing to look forward to - lots and lots of leaked information which could serve as fun for the awaiting gamer but also could get our hopes up too much for the game.
GTA has pushed boundaries farther and father. The question stands now - will GTA IV push it so far that it will be banned? Surely there will be more cursing, more murders, more drugs, more sluts, lots of tits, ass, and maybe even a big ***** somewhere in there just to prove they can.... oh boy - we're already talking about 2007's most banned game!

Sega is full of mor+nic developers. Even though Sega is one of the biggest game developers in the entire world, they have released only craps for the X360 and the PS3. Crap the Hedgehog? Is that a Third Person Runner game or what? What the hell are you doing with a thousand developers when small companies like Epic and Bungie can make better ones like Craps of War and Crapalo 3?
Microsoft, I haven’t even started with you, yet. Stick to your strengths; just make software like Windows; not the hardware like Zune. Actually I like Zune; no that was a downright lie. I returned my Zune 3 days later and got the full refund. How many more times should I hear of your stupid and ridiculous product names (Windows, Zune, Xbox, Xbox 360, et cetera)? Actually, the right name for X360 is Xbox 2; not some crap like 360. MS, you created the most stupid name I’ve ever heard – Xbox; and now you just outsmarted yourself with Xbox 360. How can you name like that when number 2 is next to number 1; how could you add 359 to 1?
This only proves that MS is a pathetic and ret+rded company; extremely pathetic. It’s just same as a guy wearing high shoes in order to look taller when he’s actually not. The right name is Xbox 2, don’t be pathetic junks, even if Xbox 2 will look bad when the Xbox 2s and the PS3s are displayed on the same store shelves.

x360: 25gig has been compressed to 5 gigs for example
5gigs--> pcu used to uncompress data (turns to 25gigs) ---> uncompressed data is read by the cpu and stored in the ram ---> then the code is sent to the ram uses a lot of cpu so cpu for graphics and physics is GREATLY decreased
PS3: 25gigs (unompressed stored on disc) --> read buy cpu --> sent to RAM so in the end the ps3's cpu doesnt even spend time uncompressing that make the prosseser alredy 1 step ahead of the xbox,........... and therefor the cpu can use it alredy super powerfulness to handle other sh i i t t like physics and grafics
this is a really BASIC way its X-plained so dont try baggin on me sayin ohhh 25 gigs can be compressed father than 5 gigs its just an exampl

Yes you can make a game fit into 50MB and look good, but the scale of the game isnt going to be that big either.
Compress all you want, theres a limit to how much you can compress, and how much processing power you need to decompress.

ur an idiot RAM is only slow when it becomes full and the slowing is it dumping and re-writing data so DRR4 has 4 times the clocked frequency so the fore does not need huge amount of ram it just clears it and rights it again a far more efficient mean WTF do you think ram does just get bigger if you look IT GETS FASTER you only need bigger when you map is on a single vector. and wait PS3 does not do vectors ., wanker so stfu b4 you think you no what your on about and again KIDDIES LEARN YOUR F(_)CKING FACTS
