Looks like Infinity Ward's glitch-removal job is far from over. After successfully sending updates to clear out the Javelin and the Care Package glitch (among others), some still remain in the Xbox 360 version of Modern Warfare 2. Worst part is, because they've weeded out the other glitches from the system, these remaining bugs have been seeing increased usage.

DS homebrew dev tombot's The 15th Floor is a homebrew adventure/puzzle game inspired by games such as Myst, Crimson Room, and Hotel Dusk. Made using DS Game Maker, The 15th Room features original character art, 3D models, and music. (Thanks to James for the tip!)

Homebrew developer JJS has released an updated version of PSPDisp, an app that lets you use your PSP as an extra monitor for your Windows PC. This update bumps the app up to version 0.4 and mostly contains under-the-hood tweaks. (Thanks to Metal Jody for the tip!)
