Will Metroid Prime: Hunters Make (or Break) Nintendo Revo? |
Listed in: Wii, Nintendo DS Tags:

Rabid fans of Metroid Prime: Hunters can finally sink their fangs and claws on one of the most highly anticipated games for the DS (release date: March 21). Already it will ship packed with great reviews (not that bad reviews would keep real fans away) for its advanced graphics and stylus-centered controls. Based on Retro's update of the Metroid series, MP: Hunters takes place from a first-person perspective against an assemblage of enemies in single-player training modes (Regulator, Survival and Morph Ball). The fun really starts inside Death Match arenas with your friends over a wireless connection using touch screen control schemes that give all gamers an ideal way to play.
But Nintendo has a lot more to gain (or lose) from this. The sales of MP: Hunters will have a direct effect on Metroid Prime 3. The sales of MP3 is critical in helping Nintendo Revolution establish itself as a popular console with game developers. We'd hate to be in their shoes right now.
