Among the many trailers shown during Nintendo World 2011 was this new one for Capcom's Super Street Fighter IV 3D Edition.
One of the things shown in the trailer is the dynamic 3D view mode that place the camera a bit over your character's shoulder. It looks a bit disconcerting at first but apparently it will still handle just like the more traditional 2D mode. You can choose to play in 2D mode while your opponent is in 3D mode and vice versa.
Super Street Fighter IV 3D Edition comes out in Japan on February 26, the same day that Nintendo's 3DS handheld hits retail.

Anywho, I agree. I seriously doubt I would ever walk past someone that has the game as me on a day to day basis. Aside from trips to heavily populated areas like taking a train to LA or visiting LV.
In Japan though...damn! I bet the 3DS would blow up from all the traffic.
