For all you Pokemon addicts out there, we've got a video of two 30-second commercials for the upcoming Pokemon Diamond and Pokemon Pearl games for the Nintendo DS. Each commercial features different gameplay footage from the other, with the first actually showing what the game would look like on the DS. We got hooked on the whole Pokemon phenomenon since the GBA Pokemon games were released, so we're definitely looking forward to the localized versions of Diamond and Pearl.

Check 'em out. The gameplay graphics are looking great. Includes super-special footage of a monkey that ate too much chili. Oh, and for nostalgia purposes, the second commercial even shows Pikachu in action.

» Umm no, actually #3 is right.

This game would have been a pokemon fan's dream made reality on the psp. Don't take my word for it, Just play one round of Yugioh GX:Tagforce on the psp. The game looks and plays like it belonged on the psp in the first place! I will never play yugi on the gba or ds again! Pokemon on the psp would've created 3d battles and also wouldve allowed for pokemon to have a more mature and darker edge out of battle.

1.8gb space for a game > 32mb space for a game. Period.

Do the Math.

You realize of course, that'd never happen. Pokemon is owned by Nintendo. When was the last time you saw a Nintendo game on PSP. Right, never.

That said, HOLY S*** this game looks awesome. Especially that scene near the end where he goes up on the platform. That right there is some nice, quality 3D effects, folks. And people said the DS couldnt do 3D. Pfft.
