It's raining deals, it seems. EBGameStop's been demanding sacrifices of the blood of last-gen systems in exchange for PS3s and Wiis on the cheap, and now Tower Records' online store is offering games at 25% off their price. Which games? By the looks of it, whatever they have to sell right now and counting. Here's the important part, though: offer lasts until the 22nd of January.
Yes, we're talking full representation here. Want a new DS game? US$ 22.49 instead of US$ 29.99. Decided to finally get that PSP game after months of dilly-dally shilly-shally? Ten dollars off the MSRP - again 25%. And get this: 360 and PS3 titles for US$ 45.00 - that's under the US$ 50.00 EA brought some of their titles down to. Even The Burning Crusade's going for 25% off. That's thirty bucks, people.
Here's one very delicious kicker: Lost Planet Collector's Edition for US$ 52.48 instead of US$ 69.98! That's even under the regular Lost Planet MSRP! (And it's still in stock, too, at least so far).
Patience really is a virtue, waiting all this time just to get Gears of War for US$ 44.99 (hey, some of us love Gears, but the porcelain piggy wasn't cooperating over Christmas). Let's hope there isn't a deluge of bargain hunters to crash Tower.com.
At 25% off, who could resist Resistance?
