The Nintendo side of the gaming world is still pretty quiet - at least from where we're standing. This week's recap of the hottest Wii and DS news isn't exactly the hottest, but at least it still keeps you in-the-know with the Nintendo gaming scene.

- Pedobear strikes again? Missouri Police have claimed that that pedophiles may be lurking in the colorful corners of Animal Crossing: City Folk. Link
- The croc-treading treasure hunter slipped on a banana peel, as Isaac C. put it, with Indiana Jones and the Staff of Kings unable to make their May 22 release. Link
- Nintendo is now officially off the hook after the presiding judge dismissed the patent-infringement lawsuit filed by Fenner Investments. Link
- Bill, Ted, and their excellent adventures make a very nostalgic comeback through Spinal's homebrew game for the Nintendo DS. Link
