Yes, we know that you Zelda fans can't wait for the imminent release of The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass in Western shores. To help tide over your excitement, here's a nice in-depth preview of the Phantom Hourglass import fresh from GameTrailers.

While the preview mostly showed most of the facts that we already know about the video game from Nintendo Company Ltd., this particular preview introduces Link's shovel tool, and sheds light on how melee battles are done using the stylus. The video also reveals what role the Phantom Hourglass plays in Link's latest adventure, and how it affects the game.

To see these and other juicy tidbits, check out the video and find out more about what you can expect from the The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass. October 1 is still a few months away, so better watch the trailer.

blowing into the microphone?

You'd think the microphone would be used for voice recognition. I guess it translates the garble as wind..

does the game LAG when link makes a blow / hit / sword swing EACH TIME ?

» nah

this has been done in tons of games in the past already. as a matter of fact, the mic on the ds has been used more to blow into than it has for voice recognition overall.

But, you can also rub your finger across the mic to simulate the same blowing effect if you don't want to look silly. But it doesn't always yield as good results.

your supposed to talk to one guy to get him to lower his prices as well as talk to some lady using the microphone at various points in the game not just blow into it (though it is cool when you blow out candles)
