They like to move-it, move-it, they like to move-it, move-it. Apparently, they like to move-it so much that they decided to get wheels. Now, the runaway zoo animals of the Dreamworks animated comedy, Madagascar, no longer have to run away on foot - they've got karts now. Introducing - Madagascar Kartz, a comical kart-racer based on the animated film.

"The Madagascar films are packed with personality and can be enjoyed by everyone," said David Oxford of Activision. "We designed DreamWorks' Madagascar Kartz with the same idea. With the whole family competing against each other as their favorite zoosters, you have never seen action this wild!"

You'll be racing in location based from the animated film, such as the NYC Zoo, the plane crash site, and the volcano, and you'll have the usual powerups to make things interesting. Madagascar Kartz will hit store shelves on October 27th for the Wii, DS, PS3, and Xbox 360.

» Oh Boy...

What do you do when you don't know what to do with a franchise, but you want to capitalize on the video game market? Put them in Go Karts. Yikes!

» indeed

these things hardly turn out well though there can be exeptions (mario kart). Very likely this will be fail (its multi-platform).

» somehow...

it's not on PS2...maybe it might actually just be good due to simplicity or something. i really highly doubt it though

Nothing beats Crash Team Racing on PS1 as far as I'm concerned.

Sadly that is so true. If only Naughty Dog had kept the rights to Crash. I want a new good CTR and other Crash games, not Sierra *****.
