The Biggest Loser
for the DS and Wii is now out, thanks to Blitz Games and THQ. The famous TV show that advocates a healthier lifestyle in both mind and body have come to the Nintendo platforms to bring some more healthy goodness for the gamers.

"We're really excited about the release of The Biggest Loser games." That would be Aaron Miller, Blitz Games Project Director, speaking. "With expertise from the show, The Biggest Loser for Wii and Nintendo DSi/DS will provide users with a comprehensive health and fitness plan with all the tools needed to stay motivated and focused on their goals of losing weight and getting fitter."

The game is set in the ranch, with trainers Bob Harper and Jillian Michaels still pushing the participants to do their best and stay determined to shed off those pounds.

For people trying to lose weight trainging schedules and food planning really helps. If this does that well this could be a big winner for those people.

It's very difficult to create behaviour change without such things...
