Yoshinori Ono wants to bring a solid Super Street Fighter IV experience over to the 3DS and will be aiming for those who didn't pick up a copy for the PS3 or the Xbox 360. So if the home console versions get content from the arcade version as DLC, will the upcoming 3DS version get the same treatment?

The arcade version of Super Street Fighter IV added the twins, Yun and Yang as playable characters, while Evil Ryu and Oni are bosses. The game also got some balance fixes as well as tweaks for the different characters.
